5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We cannot guarantee removal of items, score increases, or approvals.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for credit changes, denials, third-party actions, or delays. Liability limited to amount
paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law.
